Pricing will vary based on demand, with % increase for school holiday periods and % discounts for extended stays.
Standard rate (2 night minimum stay):
$900 per night (Sun - Thurs)
$1,100 per night (Fri - Sat)
A $550 cleaning fee will be charged for your stay.
